MJWC

The Midlothian Junior Women's Club (MJWC) is a philanthropic civic organization dedicated to improving the lives of others in our community.  We raise funds through our Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair to support Cinderella Dreams and our other ongoing projects helping area charities such as Warren's Hope, Richmond Friends of the Homeless, Families First, Christmas Mother, the YMCA's Bright Beginnings program, YWCA Emergency Shelters for victims of domestic violence and many others.  For more information on MJWC, visit our website at www.midlothianjuniors.org or email join@midlothianjuniors.org.

    • The Cinderella Dreams Prom Dress Project is held each spring.  During the late winter and early spring, the club collects prom dresses, jewelry, shoes, makeup and other prom-related accessories at Richmond-area YMCA branches and Puritan Cleaners.  We then hold a 'shopping' event, where girls can shop for and select a dress and accessories for free. Since 2006, we have partnered with local businesses to help hundreds of girls fulfill their prom dreams at no cost to them!
